For orders sent via Courier, once dispatched you should receive an email or text (where mobile numbers are provided) advising you that your order is on its way and the expected delivery date. On the expected delivery day you should also receive a further update from our couriers with a timed delivery slot. If this time is not suitable for you, please follow their instructions to make alternative arrangements. Should you have any issues during the delivery process please notify your account handler as soon as possible and we will contact the courier directly. Please notify us within 48 business hours of any damaged or *missing items from your delivery. Unfortunately, after this time we may be unable to rectify.
